We've made it! Since Coleman will be our last child, I feel like we're officially OUT OF THE BABY STAGE! YAY! No more 3-hour stretches at night, no more bottles, no more formula, no more gas drops, no more bouncy seats and swings! BUT ... sentimentally, this also means no more smooshy face snuggles, no more babies that will fall asleep anywhere at any time, and no more baby talk!! I have loved the baby stages for all of my kids, but am also REALLY looking forward to watching and enjoying them growing up! First days of school, trips to the zoo and the library, getting rid of cribs and diapers ... all of these things are exciting milestones we are looking forward to.
Here is a picture of my handsome, smiley, chunky 1-year old!!!
Our Firetruck/Dalmatian Birthday Party with most of Coleman's favorite people:
Our mini-celebration on his actual birthday...
He really did NOT like the boots or hat ... but i thought it made for a cute picture :)
