This was taken at Grace's Spring Fling. Clara climbed to the top of this massive slide ALL BY HERSELF, multiple times. Ellie would only go if someone took her (me, Yaya, and Uncle Bill all had turns lugging her up the ladder).
"Ellie is GUSHING me" is a common phrase heard at our house. Mostly because Ellie thinks she is the size of a caterpillar and can fit into the tiniest of spaces. If she sees the slightest bit of a lap unoccupied, she will take it. This night, she booted Coleman from my lap and he was forced to stand up and hold on to my shoulder while sucking his thumb, though he didn't seem to mind. He and Ellie have a cute little head-butting relationship. We are a cuddly bunch!
We love road trips! And our kids are awesome car-riders. This particular day, Eric and I drove to Charlotte to buy a new vehicle. We left about 1, and came home around 9...with a few stops to get out and run around and a dinner break at Ryan's. Eve was tired!
